获英国赛马会鼎力支持 首届中国赛马节预计于明年十月在北京举办

中国赛马会代表团首次正式访英,此行访问了英国赛马会管理局,英国皇家阿斯格特赛马场，新市场国家育马中心,英国赛马学校,英国国际赛马管理局,英国驯马师协会, 英国赛马IT中心等单位, 所有单位对中国赛马会代表团进行了热情地接待和务实的沟通，表示对中国赛马会的大力支持，从而协助首个赛马节于明年十月在北京顺利举办；

中国赛马会代表团团长王琰表示：“真诚期待与英国赛马界精英的合作，英国作为赛马历史最悠久，文化沉淀最深厚的国家，将无疑为中国赛马会的茁壮成长给予充足的阳光和土壤”

中国赛马会于十二月四日与英国文化体育传媒互联网大臣艾德.维泽进行非正式会晤及友好交流。

中国赛马会即中国赛马会俱乐部，由中国赛马会管理委员会和中国赛马会执行委员会组成，自觉接受中国人民对外友好协会的指导和监督，中国赛马会是第一个以国家战略为核心的赛马会，于2014年9月22日在北京启动。

中国留学人才发展基金会中国国家一类基金，于2007年在民政部注册，该基金会与赛马会执行公司于9月22日正式签约

The China Jockey Club delegation conducted its first official visit to the UK on 3rd Dec. The delegation visited British Horseracing Authority, Royal Ascot Racecourse, the National Stud and British Racing School inNewmarket, International Racing Bureau, British Trainers Association and British Horseracing IT Centre, from which the delegation received warm welcome and had in-depth conversations. The British organizations showed great interest in supporting the China Jockey Club and its intended first race is in October next year in Beijing.

Mr. Yan Wang, head of the delegation said, “I genuinely look forward to the close cooperation with elites of British horse racing industry. With the longest history and profound culture of horse racing, UK will undoubtedly help the China Jockey Club develop and prosper.”

On 4th December, the delegation had an informal meeting with Ed Vaizey, the minister of DCMS.

The first round funding for the China Jockey Club is estimated to be 1.3 billion RMB, and the preliminary list of board representatives is expected to consist of representatives from the following organizations:

Lillian Davies, head of the executive committee said ‘Horseracing diplomacy is the main theme of the China Jockey Club. The club will spare no effort to promote the positive relations between China and other horseracing nations’

The China Jockey Club, including its management committee and executive committee, accepts the supervision and guidance from Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreigners.  TCJC is the first Jockey Club in mainland China with a focus on adherence of the national strategy. The China Jockey Club was launched on 22nd September in Beijing.

COSDF is a first tier national fund of PRC, registered at Ministry of Civil Affairs in 2007. COSDF signed the agreement with the executive committee on 22nd Sep. in Beijing.
